What is Project PAYBAC?
The name stands for Partners Assisting Youth, Business And Community. This program promotes educational excellence and expands diverse learning opportunities for both students and adults.

What is the purpose of Project PAYBAC?

Project PAYBAC is based on the philosophy that a partnership developed between a business and a school should be beneficial to both parties and support mutually agreed upon goals.

The Project PAYBAC Program Objectives
To provide students with diverse learning opportunities through business and industry partnerships
To establish a relationship between businesses and schools to provide expanded opportunities, resources, and expertise
To give students and teachers an enhanced understanding of the world of business and industry
To give members of business and industry an enhanced understanding of the Millard Public Schools
To increase awareness of career options for Millard students and their parents as they make decisions regarding future employment in our community

What can we do for you through PAYBAC?
Your employees can take classes at reduced cost through our partnership with Metro Community College.
You can use our buildings when school isn't in session.
Your employees could participate in workshops on special topics, arranged by the district.
If you need a program or entertainment for one of your events, we can provide one of our swing choirs or a prize-winning student speaker.

What can you do for us through PAYBAC?
You can invite selected members of the school staff to your workshops and training sessions.
Students can gain experience through work study and job-shadowing in your organization.
You can sponsor an internship program or academy for our students.
You can provide our counselors with updated information to help them as they work with students in career guidance.
Your employees can serve as resource speakers in the classroom, sponsors of special-interest clubs, or judges for student contests.
Your organization can underwrite special projects that cannot be funded by the school district's budget.
